This non-residential insight meditation retreat in Grand Forks, North Dakota, will focus on the inter-related themes of living with love and letting. We will explore both themes and see how embodying them enables us to experience greater joy and freedom in daily life. Meditation, dharma talks, discussion, conferences with Susan.
